Complaints

If you have any complaints about the Society, its events and publications, or members acting as representatives of the Society, please get in touch with the Secretary. Once received, your complaint will be acknowledged and considered by Council before appropriate action is taken. Please be aware that as we are a volunteer-run society and the length of time it will take to acknowledge your complaint and address it will depend on the severity of the complaint and the availability of the Council. 

If you wish to complain about the Secretary and do not wish for your complaint to by seen by them, please email the President directly.
