2025 Thomas Harriot Lecture

This year’s Thomas Harriot Lecture will take place in Oriel College, Oxford at 5 pm on Thursday 13 November 2025. 

Lecturer: Sylvia Sumira. 

Title: “Globes in the time of Thomas Harriot” 

Sylvia's lecture will draw on her work as an independent conservator specializing in globes.

The lecture will be followed at 6 pm by an informal drinks reception to which all are invited.
